Hotel Cancellations
If for some reason you need to cancel your attendance, please contact The Westin Tampa Harbour Island Hotel to cancel your hotel reservations. Notification is required at least 48 hours before the day of arrival to avoid penalty. Cancelling your sleeping room DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.
Check-In/Check-Out
The hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is Noon. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.
Transportation

The Westin Tampa Harbour Island is 15 minutes from Tampa International Airport. The hotel does not provide shuttle service. However, the airport shuttle is available for $13.00 per person, one way. In the baggage claim area look for the Super Shuttle desk. Blue One Transportation, The Westin Tampa Harbour Island's preferred shuttle service, offers non-stop transportation to and from the Tampa International Airport. No reservations are needed. Please call the transportation Hotline (813) 785-9285 when your flight lands. You will then be directed to the nearest ground transportation area positioned at each of the opposite ends of the Airport. When departing the Westin, shuttles leave at the top of the hour from the Front Drive area, starting at 6:00am.
