Hotel Cancellations
Check In/Check Out
If for some reason you need to cancel your attendance, please contact the Washington Marriott Wardman Park to cancel your hotel reservations. Notification is required on or before Wednesday, February 27, 2013, by 6:00 PM EST, to avoid any penalty due to room cancellations. Cancelling your room DOES NOT cancel your conference registration.
The hotel check-in time is 4:00 PM and checkout time is 12:00 PM. The hotel bellman can arrange to check baggage for those arriving early when rooms are unavailable and for guests attending functions on the departure day.
