This program is designed for participants to receive in-depth training in Export Controls, Research Compliance, or Grants, Contracts and Subagreements. Attendees are welcome to attend sessions in other tracks, but we ask you to select a primary area of concentration.

You must be a full member of SRA International at the time of the meeting to receive member rates. Please click here to become a member online or to renew your membership and start enjoying all the benefits of membership today. If you are still planning on attending, please download the onsite registration form located in the above button. Bring your completed forms with you on February 28th and a form of payment based on your member rate

​Cancellation Policy 
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before February 15, 2013. Cancellations submitted on or before February 15, 2013, are refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded unless specifically requested to the membership department; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made after February 15, 2013. Refunds are not given for no-shows.



​Pre-Registration Deadline – Friday, February 15, 2013.
We cannot process any advance registration forms without full payment.  After the registration deadline, you may register and pay on-site. There will be an on-site registration processing fee of $50.  For on-site registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card to attend the sessions. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed in the case of meeting cancellation.
